“출장 숙박이고 풋볼 비수기라 호텔은 한산했습니다. 시설은 전반적으로 깨끗하고 방도 넓었습니다. 특히 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 한가지 기차가 자주 지나갑니다. 한두시간 간격으로 심야에도 지나갑니다. 지나가는 소리보다 경적을 1-2분 정도 울리는데 좀 거슬립니다. 개인적으로는 그렇게 힘들지 않았는데 다른 객실의 일행 중 몇명은 고생을 했다고 합니다. 방에 귀마개를 비치한 이유가 있습니다.”

“For the price I would not stay again. It was very overpriced for what it was. The woman who checked us in must have been new because when we asked about the shuttle for the game she said they hadn't told her how that works and then the key she gave us at check in did not work and we had to hike back around the building and down to get new ones. We were not the only ones with the issue - several people who checked in at the same time also had keys that did not work. The shuttle to the A&M game...

“Texas hospitality was fantastic. There was a slight glitch when our room was not cleaned without reason. But otherwise, everything was very very satisfactory. I hope to stay there every time we visit our daughter at TAMU. ”

“Clean room overall, faucet sink was not working and had a little issue with people upstairs making a lot of noise till 2 am. Hated having to call front desk but was resolved or finally fell asleep”

“단점은 냉난방 가동설비가 침실과 바로 연결된 나무로 된 문 밖에 있었는데 밤에 잠을 자는 도중에 갑자기 가동되면서 큰 기계소음에 놀라서 잠을 깼다. 방을 바꾸려고 했는데 모든 방이 동일한 구조라서 포기했으며 특히 내가 묵었던 1층의 소음이 더 심한 것 같다. 장점은 한국의 콘도처럼 취사용구가 잘 마련되어 있어 음식을 해 먹기 좋은 숙소이다.”

“비행기가 연착해 11시 30분에 도착했는데 사람이 없어 문앞 연락처로 연락했더니 받지 않았고 회사 차원에서 그 번호를 차단했다라는 메시지가 나왔습니다. 이후 어떤 메시지나 내용도 없었고 결국은 hotels.com에 연락해서 열쇠를 받을 수 있었습니다. 열쇠를 화분 밑에다가 숨겨 놓았다고 하는데 만약 그렇게 했다면 우리한테 미리 메일을 보내 놓거나 문자를 남겨 놨으면은 쉽게 찾을 수 있었을 텐데 전화도 안 되고 결국 30분 이상을 허비했습니다. 실내도 청결하진 않았고 특히 수건을 녹슨 철제 선반에 올려 놨기 때문에 수건에 녹이 묻어나는 그런 상태입니다 추천하지 않습니다”
