"Great place to stay! Walking distance to downtown and the gondola. Hotel has allot of history to it. I think they could update the rooms more, for instance, not one hook in bathroom to hang clothes/robe. Not enough trash cans in rooms and didn’t have a suitcase stan. Don’t mind paying the cost of room but you would think they would have a little more convenience in the rooms. why didn’t"

"We had a view of the pool and mountain beyond which was great. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Fireplace in room was a nice touch but did smell like gas until we open the balcony door. Air conditioner woke us up constantly, but the overall convenience and ambiance outweighs the negative."

"What a wonderful experience! It’s one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in..a little higher up for a Mountain View would have been more perfect.. when I booked I did request it because it was our anniversary.. some hotels this nice have surprised with champagne, they did not…everything else was elegant.. we would stay again, especially at rates we got! Beautiful European architecture an amazing property!"
