“It’s a beautiful hotel, right on Colorado Mesa Uni campus. Plenty of sidewalks for a nice evening walk. The hotel seems new even if it isn’t. The coffee shop in the lobby even has GF muffins!”
“Excellent location. Clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again. I gave 5’s on everything other than the 4 on facilities. My air conditioning wasn’t working for several hours but staff was able to fix it soon after I reported it. Wonderful staff! ”
“Room was very nice and clean. Room number lighting outside the room was flickering and needs fixed. Bathroom was clean and fixtures were updated. Room lighting could be brighter as well as the bathroom. Need better road signage to figure out how to get to the hotel entrance as the main road does not have a direct entrance to the hotel driveway. Parking is easy and in the parking deck across the street. We enjoyed our stay.”
“We loved everything. The staff was excellent and very accommodating to our requests: front desk, valet, bell, housekeeping. Thank you for the fresh coffee, robe, slippers. Breakfast in the patio (my favorite in BC) was excellent. The pool was quiet, clean and perfect temp. Idyllic setting. ”
