"Absolutely disgusting, everything was completely under renovation when we were there no access to the restaurant no access to anything near by as the street was shut down just next to the hotel. Constant construction outdoors, early morning, late nights, blood on the door frame next to the door. DISGUTING. Heater did not work, nothing available inside the room amenities wise and literally over all a terrible hotel. Staff was NOT helpful. I actually asked the front desk guy how much another night would be because me and my grandfather were stuck there with no choice as the airport was closed due to an ice storm, and the front desk guy said I don’t know look on Expedia. Extremely unprofessional extremely unhelpful the entire floor 5 was under renovation, and that was the exact floor that they placed a on."
