"Check-in was smooth and quick. They helped with our bags and valet took the car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Lobby is a little small, so can feel crowded during certain parts of the day, but were able to get in and out easily. La Mezz restaurant on Mezzanine offers continental breakfast daily, however we opted to hit the Starbucks across the street. We did do dinner at hotel twice and food was fantastic both times. Hats off to Simon for his service! Most shops were walkable from hotel. Our room faced the main road, yet it was relatively quiet. Didn't hear a lot of traffic noise. Would definitely stay here again."

"Location, Location, Location - easy walking distance to anything you could possibly need or see. Suite was generous in size. If you wanted to cook, everything you needed was there. We drove and used the Valet parking; worth the money (in and out privileges); valet staff was very efficient and friendly.Would stay again and highly recommended. It was nice to have a continental plus breakfast."

"This property is well-located on Sherbrook. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. The reason I give four stars and not five is that the property is definitely showing its age. In-room furniture, the bathroom, carpets and walls are due for a refresh. The HVAC worked intermittently, but its malfunction did not rise to the level of calling for help. Another little detail is that the bedside clock had an Apple 30-pin connector for iPods and iPhones last sold in 2011. No big deal, but it gives you an idea of the last time anything was updated. I would rate the breakfast room in the lobby similarly: perfectly clean and ready for business, but not up to 2026 standards. To be fair, all this is reflected in the room rate, which was a bit lower than competing properties. With these caveats, I would still recommend a stay due to the reasonable rate, the location and the top-notch staff."

"We had a two bedroom apartment and it was quite spacious considering it is located in the downtown area. They had limited parkings underneath the building and there’s an EV charger as well but sometimes non-EV cars occupy the two spots. Luckily, the wire was long and I was able park and charge on the spot next to EV spot. The apartment was quiet and comfortable but just a little dated. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for us."
