“For the most part the rooms was very clean and staff was nice. The only thing that I had an issue with was the water staying hot and Ants. They had to reset the hot water and the water got very hot afterwards but the next day seems like it was more lukewarm instead of hot. The Ants was bad. Had to throw out food. We only bought food in that one day so I feel the ants was already their. I let the manger know and he offered to change our room but I was leaving in 2 days and really wasn't a need....

“Bad area of town. Staff was pleasant. Elevators were out of order. Room was quite unpleasant. We didn't stay. ”

“Very clean. Staff were all super friendly. After a long drive, that hot shower and fluffy bed was just what I needed. The bed was a little too cloudlike for my back but the sofa bed did the trick.”

“I intentionally checked in here for the gym, and the price associated with this amenity...which was 20 min away from where I needed to be fore Gym was very barebones basic, no way to wipe down machines, one day no towels available - BUT I was able to get my basic cardio in and that's all I cared about for the week. If I got it for the room alone, this was 9/10. Had no issues except for being able to hear the family with kids above me banging around.”

“The floor had dirt and debris on the floor. The mirror behind the TV was dirty. Room needs some attention. We are not complainers. We were there for a surgery.”
