"Room was next to an exit door that it slammed every time someone used it and made horrible noise all night. Not a good Maintained door. Also, the room door was hard to open. Bathroom not so clean, caulking was old and water seal on shower door was leaking out when using the shower. "

"This place was immaculate! Wasn't sure what to expect, but what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! I couldn't believe how friendly the staff was, and how clean the hotel was! What a fantastic experience! We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this hotel to others."

"I asked house keeping for a towel and they told me to ask the front desk. We could hear the elevator moving while trying to sleep. I just was craving a Diet Coke and when I asked the front desk if she knew where I could get one she replied NO .. no breakfast, the restaurant was closed. Hell it was difficult to get a cup of coffee "

"Let me start of by saying that the room was nice and clean. Our main complaints dealt with the amenities that were advertised but not available during our stay. We booked the weekend at this hotel in particular because it was advertised to have a bistro and a bar in the hotel as well as an indoor pool. During the 3 days we were there, the bistro wasn't open once. Not for breakfast or in the evening for dinner. The front desk said that the person that ran it just "didn't show up." Even if it was staffed, calling the bar a bar is a giant reach. They displayed some general beers and a couple wines, and that was it, but we wouldn't have been able to get that anyways so no one ever ran the bistro. As far as the pool was concerned, it was freezing. It was supposed to be a heated indoor pool, but it was freezing. The building itself was freezing too. They didn't have any towels in the pool room, so my husband went and asked the front desk to which they said they would bring us some. We swam for a few hours, and the towels never came. The shelves stayed empty. So we ended up having to go back up to our room soaking wet. We encountered an employee from the laundry staff as we were waiting to get on the elevator, and told her about the pool room not having towels and about telling the front desk. She just said to ask the laundry staff next time. We booked here because of the promised amenities, and I wish we would've stayed elsewhere. "

"Very friendly staff. Clean property. The parking was inconvenient unless you pay to Valet. The rooms are small, but nice. Love the black out shades. "
