“I was never able to check in I do have an open case on this I'm still waiting to hear back from upper management on my refund there was nobody at the front desk to check me in apparently their employees there don't like to work and then when somebody does show up they're extremely rude and belligerent this is all been recorded not just by me but by upper management when I was on the phone with them”
“This hotel stay was great from the start.
As soon as you walk in the lobby at the front desk we’re the most polite people Ive run into in quite some time.
The hotel was very clean, rooms were clean bathrooms clean and overall good stay!

“Staff was very kind & welcoming. Suite was large, nice kitchenette with fridge and necessary dishes etc. so nice when staying more than a few days to have those amenities. Excellent price for everything provided. ”
