"The room was clean and large. The food was excellent and the monks were friendly and helpful. The grounds and facility was beautiful. We were blessed with a fresh snowfall to make it even more beautiful. Keep in mind if you go in the winter, even though your room is toasty warm, the halls are not. So any walking to dinner, a ceremony, THE BATHROOM, is all in freezing temperatures and I never got hot water from the tap to wash my hands with.

"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"Such a beautiful place to stay! The Kaiseki experience and the traditional Japanese setting, we loved it! Staff is very friendly and even helped us to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Not to mention the amazing views while you are soaking in onsen. "

"10mins away from KIX. 5mins walk to Rinku Town outlet mall, 5mins to Trials 24hr supermarket. Excellent choice for 2D1N stop before flight home, for convenience shopping at outlet mall."
"Super comfortable and convenient. Just a few steps from the train. Had a free welcome party with candy and drinks. The Onsen area is incredible too. Excellent value. Would highly recommend staying here.
The only downside is that won't print anything for you if you need to print a ticket or visa."
"Very helpful and accommodating staff. The onsite baths and laundry we're above my expectations. I enjoyed the 24 hour access and how nearby it was to food and entertainment. "
"Very good, great location for exploring Osaka. Room had everyhing we needed. The breakfast was a little average for western options but that's the only down side."
