โExcellent hotel, in a good location for both the Old Trafford area and for walking or commuting into Manchester City centre. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.โ
โFriendly welcome along with a free drink voucher, so that was a good start. We really liked our corner room (710) as it had a comfy bed & soft pillows and was so quiet.ย Breakfast was good quality and set us up for the day. โ
โAfter traveling all day, we arrived to a bit of a mess. Seems there was a problem with checkin. Computer glitch? We had to wait 30 minutes before checking in. Luckily, the restaurant next door was open, and we were able to get a bite to eat while we waited. We really just wanted to lay our heads down and close our eyes for a bit. All in all, we had a nice stay.โ
โGreat place to stay with good facilities. Happy to recommend this for anyone needing a smart, clean place. Has all cooking facilities but we didnt cook.
Nice touch to have teabags and coffee sachets but very frustrating not to have any milk sachets. Meant i had to go hunting for a shop for milk.
Pillo- do consider adding little lastic pots or sachets like you get in McDonalds. Would save tired travellers a little stress.
Other than thta, all positive.โ
โIn Manchester for one night for a concert, the area down by the water was beautiful and the hotel had everything we needed. Comfy bed, good price, right near transit station, and staff was super accommodating and welcoming.โ
