"The breakfast is about as boring as I one can find. When we entered our room we found various items left in the room from the previous occupants and when we opened the shower curtain the next morning to have our shower, the shower curtain was stained with blood!! The room attendant did not replace the coffee creamers or sugar daily resulting in having to go to the dinning area to get cream and sugar in the morning, the glass glasses provided were very dirty and our room door was left "open" one day after the room attendant had beeen in the room. So to sum it up we were "very" unhappy with the room service and will be chosing another hotel chain in the future and will not be recommending your chain to our friends."

"Room was exceptionally clean. Location is great, centre of town. However, this means it is also extremely loud. We were possibly in the worst room (104) right next to the main entrance. We went for 3 nights and all 3 mornings, we had a large group of cyclists meeting outside our unit at 7:30/8am. They were very loud, yelling directions and riding plans — they would leave at 9am so sometimes over an hour of the yelling. At night, the pub across the street was thumping until midnight (?) and it was so loud. We had to keep our blinds closed the whole weekend because everyone could see right into our unit — and it was a constant stream of people in/out of the main entrance. The wine tour bus also seems to pick up and drop off right outside unit too so big groups of noisy people. Unit itself was really clean and had everything we needed but I would not stay there again because of the noise/location. We did mention we weren’t crazy about the location when we checked in and got the follow up phone call from the front desk but nothing was done."

"This place had everything to be a great stay, but it’s terribly maintained. We spent the long weekend there and from the moment we arrived we were told there was no internet and we would get a 20% discount on our stay. I asked about this and multiple times staff confirmed they would refund 20%. They also said it would be fixed in 24h, then another 24h and so on. It wasn’t fixed, and I am still waiting to get my money back."
