When I politely pointed this problem out, I was informed “A larger group had booked the upper apartments, but I was welcome to sit in the garden”. “The owner and his family are soectacular. Their kindness, friendliness, and help. I can not say enough good about them. Is the hotel an aging beuty. Yes. But the love and care more than make up for drapes that are a bit dated. The room was a one bedroom apartment with a front balcony and back terrace(sea view). Patking is easy. Lots of restaurants to choose from, including the hotel. I look forward to returning(many times)and bringing friends and family. For me, it was that special.”

“The apartment is in a very central position in Lixouri. Ideal for the square, the ferry and all that Lixouri has to offer. The apartment was clean when we arrived, was cleaned once during our stay - perfect for us. It is well refurbished and had all the amenities we needed and as described. We had good sleeps (apart from the church bells on Sunday morning but this is to be expected in any Greek town). Good bed and pillows. Excellent blinds to keep it dark. Very nice balcony for two people...
