Seems like property is in business with a towing company, Universal Towing (see BBB reviews) to tow your car based on license plate sticker date (without checking with owner if there was a delay by DMV). They are not the DMV or police and have no authority. As long as one has registered the license plate during check in, it should not be towed. The towing company forces only (high) cash payments.”

“Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Did not feel safe at this hotel. A lot of homeless on the street out front. My interior window on first floor room was unlocked when I checked it. Airport shuttle was nice but did not start till 6:00 am and did not run after 6:00 pm”

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

When we got to the room, it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly—there was hair in the bathroom and even a ring left behind from a previous guest, which was concerning.
