“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“This property is non smoking which we liked and everything was clean and well kept. Unfortunately, the Expedia phone app gave the appearance when I was checking how late we could check in that I hadn’t confirmed the reservation and we clicked confirmed. This resulted in a double booking for the room and the hotel advised we would have to resolve with Expedia. The hotel was a good value for the price and we will stay here again when visiting our daughter.”

“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and would not have stayed one night if it wasn’t so late after a long days drive. We did not stay for the second paid night. We should have turned around when we could see the condition of the carpet walking up to the front door. At first we thought maybe they had a flood on the first floor but the hallway carpet thru out the building was blackened with dirt and the odor or urine. The room that was listed as non-smoking wreaked of cigarette...

“The property seemed quiet and safe . The unit was a nice size and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes . The bedding and towels seemed clean . There was mold in our bathroom and the tile was really dirty. I walked around on the carpet with my white socks and they were pretty much black. The carpets really need to be cleaned. Lots of the vents were caked with dust. I saw a small roach in the kitchen sink area. All throughout the hallways it smelled like marijuana . I would not stay there...

“Pros - this hotel is super affordable and fairly modern and clean, and the staff was helpful and kind. Location is good for getting around and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Large parking lot, but lots of potholes in one entrance and the other entrance is shady without any signage, having to go through a drugstore parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot. Cons - So many. The biggest reason for the 3 rating are the beds. You can see in most other reviews. The beds are simple...

“Nice clean room. Bed and pillows real comfy. Friendly staff and located nice facinity of Hampton Coliseum and Mall. Pool was not as inviting. But overall stay was good and would stay again.”
