The staff were inconsiderate of my son’s situation. His wallet was misplaced and could not find his credit card. In the middle of the night when he tried to check in the front desk did not allow him to check in because he has no credit card on file. There was no solution presented and they did not care whether he stays on the street and they will not even allowed him to stay in the lobby. I called Holiday Inn and explained the situation they were able to assist and made a recommendation for me to provide a written authorization and used my credit card to pay the incidentals. I will never use Comfort Inn or recommend that place to my colleagues. The customer service was a failure and the management should re-look into reorganizing the staff member.

This property is just OK. Rooms have a variety of missing stuff (we had 3 rooms). One was missing hair dryer. One missing coffee maker. One missing ironing board and the entrance door was bowed such that it didn't automatically close, you had to pull it. When asked front desk to send up hair dryer timeframe to receive it was over 3 hours! Front desk staff were pleasant, just not efficient. Also it was VERY hard to get hold of front desk staff from room phone, or even from offsite. Breakfast was average. Pool was OK but no lounge chairs. Self-serve laundry was terrific. This is a budget hotel and worth it if you want to deal with budget service. It was clean enough.

Never going back to Choice hotels and especially Comfort Inn. They ruined our honeymoon experience by giving the room we reserved months ago away, giving us another room with a woman in it, and giving us a third room that was painted hours prior and had screws all over the floor. Worst experience at a hotel even rundown motels were better.
