Hotel was clean. Decor was pretty and modern. Staff were polite, amiable, professional, and welcoming. Hotel offers great variety of breakfast choices. Convenient location, close to public transportation, shopping, and eatery. There was a 7 Eleven right downstair. A block away from the Dotonbori area.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. Pro: - great area steps away from the action of Dontonburi - clean - decent breakfast Cons: - Air conditioning did not work properly our entire stay. Brought this to staff attention first night, they said it's working normally. After suffering for two nights with kids, another staff member was able to investigate the AC issue and adjusted a setting in the control room behind front desk. He also brought us a Dyson fan to use on our last night. Not sure why the first batch of staff did not take the initiative to investigate further. - Language barrier between certain staff was too difficult

Very conveniently located to Dotonbori. Easy walking after a long walk venturing Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi. Was hoping to get a great view triple bed room but our view was of the side road instead. LUCIE, one of the staff working in front office / reception, was exceptional! Lucie helped us check ŵith the Willer Express bus transportation on the specific arrangement for our booking. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable Thanks again, Lucie!

Overall great property near Dotonbori area. We had room with 4 beds. Extremely tight and hard to open luggage but gave everyone in family of 4 their own bed. Purchased the breakfast option on booking. Well worth it and is more expensive if you bought later at hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like urine and was incredibly loud. You have to know you are right upstairs from the major party district in Osaka. The area around the hotel is absolutely disgusting with drunk people stumbling home and throwing up in the street. I maybe could have handled that but the disgusting room smell and unclean in general made this an absolute dissapointment. I am so sad that I wasted my time in Osaka at this hotel. Book somewhere else. The hotel staff are lovely. I have nothing but nice things to say about them.
