The hostel staff here are some of the nicest people I met in Japan! The place is a little small, but everything is perfectly clean and functional. They have takoyaki night on Wednesdays and Osaka Night on Fridays if you ask about it! My only complaints are that the showers don't include conditioner and the bathrooms smell a little like airplane bathrooms. Oh and I booked a female-only room for seven nights and they put me in the mixed room the first night since they'd overbooked. However, they did give me a free shirt, ear plugs, and Pocky for my trouble. One towel is included with your stay and after that you can pay to rent a new one. The beds are comfortable enough, and the rooms are capsule-style with a small curtain at the foot of the bed. This hostel is located right outside a busy shopping district and there's tons to eat and look at within just a few blocks. There's a small kitchen you can use to store and cook food, plus free green tea (good tea too, not Lipton) and a hot water dispenser.
