“가격도 적당합니다. 식사도 무난합니다. 직원이 친절하네요. 시설도 좋고 깨끗합니다. 전체적으로 모두 만족합니다. ”

“No issues”

“We had a great stay here. Clean and comfortable. No complaints.”

“직원이 친절하고 방이 깨끗하고 넓었어요.”

“David at the front desk was absolutely rude. There was a misunderstanding with my reservation, and even after paying for the upgrade he continued to be rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My experience with that staff member has ultimately changed my mind about staying at that hotel ever again. IHG has lost a customer for that location.”

“Great place to stay! Lots of restaurants close along with a mall. Staff were all very friendly.”

“The staff and manager were very helpful in every way! Breakfast was ready every morning. We had a good stay at Sleep Inn. It felt safe, secure, and updated. We had a jetted tub. Which really came in handy for a week long Chicago trip, rushing around every day! Looked forward to getting back to the hotel everyday.”

“Perfect!!!”

“Clean. Friendly. Will be back.”

“I really appreciated the size of the room and the separation between sleeping areas. The downside was a bathroom with no place to hang a towel or garment anywhere but the shower door handle. Why not add a towel bar or a few hooks on the wall or door for wet towels, swim suits, or dry clothes?”
