"Staying at the Beach House on our way to Monterey Car Week has become a tradition for my husband and I. After the short drive from SFO we look forward to sitting on our deck, relaxing and watching the pelicans. Rooms are spacious, with a fireplace and kitchenette. The hotel is close to many great local restaurants. But they do serve an excellent continental breakfast. We’ll be back next year!"

"A big missing amenity is no laundry on site , for dry your clothes after swimming in the ocean no designated area like balcony or patio and no drier, I wish it was even with cost , that’s very convenient. The bathroom in the room that I got was so small and when someone is getting a shower nobody can use the restroom and for the room 2 queen beds it is not comfortable. No safe box and no closet in the room ."

"The view from the rooms is amazing! You look out on the water and see an incredible view of the waives crashing against the cliff and rocks. That is the reason to book. The rooms are nice and large, but dated. We had a fire place which we used even in August. The restaurant also has an amazing view, breakfast was good."
