"After I did my confirmation of the booking. And once I arrived to the hotel. The manager of the hotel asked to leave because the hotel was privatised between the time we did the booking and the time we arrived to hotels. And this dituation was not his problem. The discussion happened outside the hotel because they didn't allowed us to acceed the reception. Second bad thing relocation agent of hotels.Com agreed to relocate me at another hotel and that I will be refunded the difference. Two...
