"The hotel facilities may be acceptable, but the staff’s service is absolutely unacceptable and by far the worst I have experienced in any hotel. On one occasion, when we returned at night, we found the room completely unmade. When we reported the issue, the front desk staff responded with a rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional attitude. To make matters worse, the bed was in very poor condition, and it took the hotel three days to fix it. This level of negligence and lack of customer care is completely unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend this hotel."

"The hot tub smelled rotten, the water was clearly not cleaned. Once we checked in we realized the staff left the property for a couple of hours - the desk is not always staffed, so there is truly no security. The room was not clean and there is was no hot water in the shower. When we told the property we wanted to leave, they just told us to pay them and offered no resolution for our complaints. We did not stay either night we had booked here, we found alternative lodging that was nicer for much cheaper. Upon reaching out to Expedia for a partial refund, they informed us the property claimed we stayed throughout our reservation. This is a lie and I don’t trust these people. Would recommend finding another place to stay. Also: there are gaps in the sealing of the building, so the bugs really are as bad as people say. "

"Room was very small and uncomfortable. Toilet paper was the same as what you get at a gas station restroom. The surrounding area was noisy, dirty and full of drunks and drug addicts. Do not recommend "

"Everything was great except for the pool police guy. Front deck, bellboys, cleaners and restaurant all wonderful. Pool guy acts a little power hungry. Sat by the pool with just my feet in and henyelled to get out andnhave a shower"
