"The staff was very friendly, the hotel room is perfect for family traveling with kids, the kids area with bunk beds and their own TV gave the adults a bit of reprieve. I did have to ask for a couple of blankets for the kids bed, but was quickly accommodated with a smile. Early check in was a huge plus as well. Easy access to beach, great bar tender, pool is perfect for kids. Enjoyed breakfast. Great for family. "

"Great location right on the beach, nice view from balcony!!! It was pretty quiet and the pool was nice and warm—no need to ease in. Staff was helpful too. The only downside, which was not all that uncommon, was that parking was very limited at the actual hotel, but was available right across the street at their other location. We would stay here again should we be back in the area."

"I have stayed at Beachview many times over the last 10 years. The first stay I had felt like I found a hidden gem right on Panama City Beach. Over the years I have brought family and friends to stay here and each time I am a little more disappointed. The location is great, staff is AMAZING, amenities are nice, but the condition of the property and the upkeep is steadily going downhill. It looks like they tried to make the elevators more aesthetically appealing, but they are in awful shape now....

"First of all, this is Carillon Beach and this is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to including Hawaii. Normally, we stay in a house within the community. This time we decided to stay in the Carillon Beach Inn. The property is worn and in need of a good cleaning and painting. Each unit is privately owned and managed by a local company. "whoever was saying this place was awful clearly stayed somewhere else. we had a great time and everyone was so nice and helpful! the view was absolutely amazing and it’s right near pier park which was really cool. we would totally come back!!"

"Service was great! Kealey and Maria were awesome and a huge help. The breakfast is not very good. Pretty sure it's hotdog pieces instead of sausage. The apple and page juice machine has been broken for a couple days. Plan accordingly. The elevators smell awful. The bed isn't the softest. Now for the great things after getting those out of the way. The beach access is awesome. The view is awesome. Always an entire crew walking around cleaning. Activities daily for the kids like a movie or foam...
