Very small but cozy. Friendly staff and front desk. Allows luggage storage until room is available. Room clean small but cozy. Don’t expect any sort of view out windows. I am okay with that since only need room to sleep. Very close to metro and such.

I’ve stayed in some poor places like bamboo huts in the jungle and you get to know an expected standard, for 21st century Paris this is a dive. Not so much as dated barely functioning. Room and bathroom to small for adult. Maybe they put me up there as I’m petit. If there was a fire you would die.

Uber Eats drivers outside the hotel waiting for orders were very noisy all day and all night! This made you feel unsafe. Shower was so small if you turned your body you either shut off the shower or changed the temp. Looks nothing like the pictures.

The room was clean but we couldn't sleep. We felt things in our bodies. They have rugs on the floor and they smell bad. My children woke up bitten, that is, bed bugs. They need to be more hygienic. In the end, tourists look for a good and peaceful sleep. When we arrived, the girl gave us attitude. It seems she didn't have a good day. The next morning she was like a different person. I definitely don't recommend it nor would I return.

Would stay again.

Nice staff at the hotel. Accomodating for all needs. Hotel is very old style but adds to the experience of being in Paris. Bed was comfy. Heating only appeared to work in the bathroom and not the room but did not cause any problems. Very easy access to bakeries, bars and restaurants aswell as the metro to the rest of Paris.

The beds were okay and the sheets were clean, and the metro is close—that's the positive. But: The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. The service is unfriendly and limited to the bare essentials. The bathroom is in a dilapidated state; everything shakes. But the worst part is that the room smells so bad that you can't sleep with the windows closed. But if the windows are open, you'll be bombarded all night by an army of food delivery people who have a sort of assembly point below the room.

The room itself was pretty outdated, which is fine, but there were quite a few stains on the floors, walls, and towels. There were also a ton of mosquitos, even when we kept the windows shut fully, which kept us awake. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay. It was a good size and the staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating. Location was great as well, very convenient.

Surrounding area is very loud I heard people outside my window on the street talking and laughing late into the night. Windows didn’t have appropriate covering light still came through. No shelving in the bathroom for belongings even in the shower.

The establishment offers very limited services, and while a 24-hour front desk is available, staff assistance may be restricted. Air conditioning is only available in the lobby. Furthermore, the premises are subject to disturbances, including late-night gatherings and noise from delivery personnel, which may impact the comfort of guests. Given these factors, and the potential for noise, we do not recommend this location for stays during June, July, and August. Earplugs is a must. No fans available either. 👎 D-

The good: The location is perfect. The staff was nice. Beds were clean and had no bed bugs. The bad: The Hotel is filthy. The bathroom is a serious health risk as it is full with black mold. The ceiling of the shower cabin is basically black, the shower head is rotting from the inside out. Behind the shower doors is even more black mold. Next to and on the hairdryer is black mold. The carpets are dirty. I have never felt so unhappy with my choice of hotel then this time. I read the reviews and thought to myself, well there are some good ones so it can’t be that bad. Oh boy was I wrong. The breakfast they offer is laughable. Please do not stay at this Hotel! After two nights we had enough and booked another Hotel. Do not be fooled by its cheap price you don’t want to stay there.

This hotel not only was not portrayed as it was in the listing, but it was significantly unsafe and unsanitary. I will submit photographs as proof that the fact that there was black mold on the walls in the bathroom and unknown liquid stains on the walls were beyond upsetting. I brought it to the tension at the front desk, and either they did not understand English or they wrote us off.

De kamer vond ik oud en tekortschieten. Gordijnrails hing los aan de muur, de vloer was scheef en ongelijk, de lamp had geen lampenkap en was stuk, er was schimmel in de badkamer, kamerdeuren sluiten niet goed en het waren heel erg gehorige kamers.
