"the lamp was broken when i went in, in the living room and i found some hairs on a sofa.. there is no toilet papers so you'd have to go buy except the ones that are there for 1 use..other than that the area is good, everything is close by but i wouldnt recommend this place if you are staying more than 4 days. i think 3 days might be the best because the place gets dirty and you have to pay for the room cleaning service, which is expensive."

"The staff at GP were absolutely lovely and helpful nothing seemed too much trouble, the only downside of this hotel was the pool area, there are no hand rails to get in and out of the pool, I have slight mobility issues and found it incredibly difficult to get out, the steps are really deep, they could also do with a few umbers for shade. "As many comments wrote the same beds are very bad.. I stayied 3 nights and will never come back. 1am to 5am reception guy tried to fix next door visitor air condition.He did not ofcourse .i had a flight same day and o did not sleep when i complain this, rude reception lady said '' i do not care i have to fix the aircondition'' . Doors are making too much noises every visitor close the door. One floor 4 rooms this .makes lots of noises..be careful if you planining to book this hotel."

"The room at The Nature Phuket is quite nice at first glance, but I feel that for the price, the overall quality doesn’t quite match up. To be fair, we did stay during high season, which might explain the higher prices — but even with that in mind, I expected a bit more. Looking closer, there were visible cracks in the room, and the overall build quality just didn’t feel solid. At one point, I genuinely felt like I could’ve snapped the sink in the bathroom — it felt loose, almost like someone who stayed before had already done some damage. If I were to nitpick further, the pool access area didn’t seem the cleanest or best maintained. That said, I did notice there were workers who came around daily to clear things from the pool, which is definitely a plus — so it’s not being completely neglected. The location is a definite highlight. It’s surprisingly not too busy, especially considering it’s near a livelier area. It offers a good balance — calm and quiet, but still very convenient for getting around. Overall, I really did enjoy the hotel. The staff were amazing genuinely lovely people who took care of any requests quickly and with a smile. Despite a few flaws, I would still recommend this place."
