“Room looks like hasn't had a thorough clean in years. Dirty socks and tissues found under the bed, white stains on the purple bed throws and cushions, stains on the headboards, dressing table battered and wardrobe door doesn't fit properly so doesn't close properly. Stains on the white bedding & big black stains down the doors. Damage to door frame like the doors been kicked in at some point. Window panes cracked. Dirty lampshades. The big lights did not work at all in our room! Shower screen...
