“We stayed two nights and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Bed very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfasts are delicious and the service was exceptional. Location is ideal for accessing Letchworth State Park. Local dining options are minimal but there are some great restaurant choices within a 10 - 15 mile drive. Highly recommend.”

“Clean room, helpful staff, nothing really spectacular, nothing bad.”

“The Avon Inn is amazing. It was just like being home. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had dinner there and it was delicious.”

“The staff is excellent. The front desk attendant went above and beyond. Bethany at the bar was friendly and extremely accommodating.”

“It was a nice overnight stop. Clean & safe feeling. No frills, but no problems. No elevator...but only one flight of stairs.”

“Room was clean and had stove, fridge, coffee pot etc. Restaurant on property and staff was very nice!”

“Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.”
