“Located in a very picturesque high point on Richmond Hill. Hotel itself is a bit old and the passages are narrow but has old world charm and very English. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is first rate.”

“Very helpful staff”

“Stay here for the convenience/location and for all the amenities that they offer then for the room.”

“Anna was fantastic at check-in and ordering a one, kudos!! Food was excellent.”

“This is a bed and breakfast level, not an hotel.”

“The host initially told us the night before that they could arrange a parking permit for us to use the following day. However, when we tried to contact them on the day of check-out, we couldn’t reach them by phone or email. It was quite disappointing, especially since we had been told that a parking permit could be arranged.”

“Friendly staff, had a real country pub feel but in town. Food was really good. Will definitely stay again, thank you”

“Gorgeous building and really great food with excellent breakfast choices”

“The room, no wider than 6 feet, no longer than 9 feet, the bathroom, a wc and washbasin that, at 5,5 and 10 stone, I needed to open the door to use. Absolute disgrace, looks nice until you stay there, the desk, all 18 inches of it covered by a fan. I checked out after 1 night. Never again”
