"Apparently this was once used as housing for sailors, and was used to house survivors from the Titanic! Which might explain the extremely tight quarters-o8r little room measured 6ft by 5ft!! Very tight quarters, bundled, bathroom and showers down the hall. Bit of a challenge for us as older adults, but the location was great for exploring and only a 10 minute walk fromCity Winery, where we saw 2 excellent Justin Hayward shows! Be prepared to walk or take taxi to get to food. So many choices! Everything we ate was great. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Location is excellent! You can walk to soho and catch the subway to any part of the city. The hotel itself is perfect. Bar and food downstairs as well as a cafe, The hotel gives you $20 a day towards either one! The rooms are clean, cute and typical NYC small. Highly recommend any MOXY anywhere! And they are a Marriott hotel - you get the Bonvoy points! No fridge in the room but we didn’t need one."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived several hours before check in and were unsure what we would do with our luggage but once we arrived we were informed that there was an area dedicated to luggage storage. This really helped as we were able to leave our bag while we went about our day before we could check in and have somewhere to store our bag the next day before left the city."

"Excellent staff and clean room. Rooftop bar was average at best but the room served its purpose. We chose the bunk beds and found them quite cozy and comfortable. A tv for each bed."

"Had a wonderful time in NYC! Hotel Park Ave was a great hotel to start and end each day! A few days we were there one of the elevators was not working. This created very long waiting times. Other than that, great property, well maintained and big shout out to the staff. They made it very welcoming and special for our visit."
