"We have stayed at this hotel twice, and overall we think it is a great place. The breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
The main area we think the hotel should improve is the elevator system. Although the automatic system assigns guests to specific elevators, it does not really save time during rush hours. In fact, there were times when we had to take the stairs because the elevator took nearly 20 minutes to arrive, and by the time it reached our floor, it was already completely full.
In addition, from outside the elevator it is difficult to tell which floor the elevator is currently on, so it is hard to decide whether it is better to continue waiting or just take the stairs instead.
Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hotel’s service and facilities, but improving the elevator experience would make a big difference for guests during busy hours."
