“Travel with my kids for a football camp with friends who also rented a room.. Phone didnt work, no hot water, tvs didn't work. Bedroom door did not close, paint chipping in the shower. fridge was broken leaking water inside and out… Spoke to front desk was told maintenance would come… never came nothing was included had to pay for amenities (bowling etc) for the amount they charge for the rooms you would think it would include more… could've honestly stayed at a franchise hotel and got more for...
