“The hotel desperately needs a refresh. The carpet & furniture was stained and dirty. Do not recommend.”

“Great location and amenities.”

“amazing place to stay!”

“Can’t beat the location for doing the activities at winter park. The gondola ride to the village is awesome. The views from our room were also amazing. Really loved our stay - staff were great. We had a studio room with a loft which was spacious and comfortable. Pull out sofa had a memory foam mattress so much better than the average pull out. The only thing I would say is it’s definitely a dated product. Carpets could definitely do for a refresh. Saw some major rusting in our room. Definitely...

“This is definitely a motel. The cleanliness was… fine. Everything I guess was fine. The room we stayed in had a huge stain in the carpet, which was unfortunate. The staff was helpful but definitely was just fine.”

“Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan.”

“Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

“The property is absolutely beautiful! The leaves were changing colors and it was so picturesque. The heated pool and hot tub overlooks Grand Lake and it was perfect. The restaurant was amazing. The whole place is just delicious!”
