“It was truly the worst unfriendliness I've ever experienced. My check-in was delayed by an hour and a half, but instead of apologizing, the Vanita P staff just got annoyed. It was absolutely terrible. This is the first time I have ever encountered a guest who gets annoyed and orders me to wait in a commanding tone.”

“Beautiful hotel, room was very clean, spacious, lovely view. Bathroom was huge and very clean. Safe were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again !”

“Great, not much parking.”

“Nice place very clean and easy to go any where”

“Terrible experience. The hotel refused to let us check in even though we had someone over 21 with us. To make matters worse, they also refused to refund our money, even though we were not allowed to stay. The staff made no effort to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel.”

“Stayed for a weekend. Room is small ofc but it does what needs to be done for a weekend. It’s next to endless stores two blocks up. Would come back.”
