The fridge was dirty, the sheet and comforter had stains on them, the shower curtain had that black mold stain at the bottom, and the base of the toilet clearly has not been cleaned in a long time. Not to mention the sink had shaved hair all in the knobs. Oh and the staff did not come into the room at all, not even to do the ‘daily housekeeping’ as advertised. “The grounds were nice and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic but satisfactory. No closet to hang clothing and coats, only a rack with a couple of wooden hangers that clothing shared with the ironing board. Bathroom exhaust fan was not sufficient to clear steam from the room during even a short shower. “This hotel is in a great location to restaurants and attractions around Cape Cod. Staff were helpful and pool facilities seemed well maintained. Bureau in our room was a bit run down but otherwise the room was adequate. Breakfast was included and was adequate as well.”

No extras like waters in room, iron, extra linens. Carpet, couch & desk chair fabric and well used.
