“Had a fantastic stay for business. Accommodation Central to everything. Needed to work on the isle of Wight, short (20mins) to the ferry. Host was every responsive to my questions. Would consider staying again for either business or a short break. ”

“Spent 2 nights at St.Georges purely to go shopping at Gun Wharf. Accommendation is only a 3 minute walk away so is perfect for what we wanted. The accommendation was extremely clean and had everything we needed, there was spare shampoo and had tea/coffee/ biscuits and even a bottle of prosecco in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. We were so pleased when we arrived and saw a lit christmas tree in the lounge. It was these touches that would make us stay again. Communication was great and...

“Good location ”

“The apartment was satisfactory, was in a great location and our stay was quiet and event free. The only downside was the smell in the entire unit, of sewer gas, especially in the bathroom. Also, a light was burnt out in the bathroom, making it very dark. Otherwise, it was good for a night or two but probably not much longer.”

“Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. “The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.”

“一）對我們的查詢反應冷淡，甚至沒有回覆。二）取門匙程序指示不清晰及複雜。三）網頁內表示有車位提供，卻與事實不符，要自己找車位，而每晚找車位都非常困難，更不知何故被票控，現正處理中。四）屋苑門外衛生情況惡劣，滿地垃圾。五）店內熱水煲非常骯髒，不能使用。六）餐凳與餐枱高度不相稱， 餐凳高度高得離譜，進食時不舒適，很辛苦”
