โFantastic room, lovely breakfast, but busy waiting staff so the wait was longer than we would usually expect.
One personal criticism was the pillows were too full and too firm and no choice to swap them.โ
โOur second stay in this group of Boutique Hotels, and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was amazing!. The group of hotels have a small number of rooms, which makes them ideal for a quiet stay and the rooms are lovely and comfy. We had breakfast included which was nice and as part of their chain there is a local pub just up the road to have a meal in, should you choose. We had Sunday dinner there was lovely. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and helpful, overall 5 stars all day...
โJust around the corner from National Express Bus terminal. Also Green Mango Hair Salon. Room 5 in the second floor is quiet. Room 3 on the first level not to much. โ
โThere are restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores around, and the hotel staff is very responsive to your needs.
There is no refrigerator in the room, and a clubhouse is nearby. If you want a quiet room, think a little more.โ
โWe were allocated a disabled room. We booked a standard room 3 months prior, but this was all that was available. We felt uncomfortable because the room was set up for people with disabilities. It had a low bed, low sink, a seat attached in the shower, loads of safety hand holds and alarm cords everywhere in case of emergency. We felt like we were in a hospital and did not feel like we were in a nice hotel. It was very disappointing and we did not enjoy it. โ
โBit noisy outside during the night but we didnโt realise the window was ajar, which probably didnโt help! Room was lovely. Great views. Bed very comfortable โ
