“Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!”

“Room was lovely, comfortable and classy. Decor was excellent and there were some excellent touches such as a beach bag and dry robes you could use while you stay. Even a stamped postcard to send home if you wish. Staff were excellent and food was good”

“An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months”

“Best vacation I ever had and I owe it all to Lynda at the Braemar. Fantastic place to stay. Near everything you need to see. Lynda treats you like a family member. She’s the best and so is the Braemar. The only place to stay in Falmouth. ”

The in-house spooky tour in the basement was ok , but make what you want of it, probably not the best value for money but still fun/ interesting. ”

“Everything was fantastic! From easy of checking in with incredible staff, our room was gorgeous and had all the amenities you could need. We dined in the restaurant which was great and used the swimming pool. Everything was super clean and every member of staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.. highly recommend!!”
