“The property is stunning, with views to die for, and it is so quiet! The staff were so helpful, warm and welcoming! The only critism we have is the bathroom facility in the disabled bathroom. No shaver socket working, and the floor looked as if it needed a good power wash. We would go back and stay tomorrow.”

“Before I booked the room I rang the Hotel has I was booking a room for 3 people and asked if a settee bed was also available in the room so they would not have to share a room and was told that a pull out bed/Cot bed could be provided.Once told this having checked other hotels I went ahead and booked and pain in full.when I got to the hotel and spoke to the receptionist/manager they told me this was not possible and I must have spoken to the reservation team that take over after 5pm even though...

“Staff incredibly helpful from Manager to the cleaner- great breakfast”

“Great hotel, clean, comfortable, excellent staff, great breakfast, excellent location for Plymouth arena”

“A perfect place for exploring Plymouth. Very friendly service, clean rooms.”

“It's location must be it's selling point. Lovely seaviews & sunset watching point. Great to hear the waves from our room. Burger meal in restaurant and breakfast roll good. Easy, available car parking on site. Pleasant staff. Definitely not a 4*, more like a nice 3*. Such a shame re the tatty paintwork from room doorways and corridors to include outside. Looks a bit tired in places generally. Tiny room, tiny shower. Mattress, work boots, empty cardboard box all left in the corridor outside...

“Lovely and very clean place. We were taken care by owner very well. Lovely lady ❤️”

“Clean room, helpful staff, appropriate amenities. Parking was a little issue but this was outside of the staff’s control and they provided appropriate alternative parking as our initial space was taken by a member of the public”

“Very nice Breakfast and good service.”
