“Great place to stay in Central Oregon ”

“Wonderful experience overall. Great view, new property. Good amenities - had pour over coffee, which was nice.”

“Wish the sauna worked properly . It didn’t work the entire time we were there which was a bummer , but otherwise was a wonderful time, beautiful property !”

“Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room. Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and...

“Such a great stay for our trip to Smith Rock! The urth was so clean, fresh, and warm for our arrival late in the evening. Shower was hot and the bed was soo comfy after a day of hiking. We slept so well with the window open and the air smelling of juniper and sage. We went out for dinner at the nearby Sandbaggers bar and had breakfast there the next morning. Such a fantastic place to stay, quiet, clean and comfortable, five stars!!”

“When I got in the room, we asked him for the room at 1st floor, and he said we have to pay $10 extra, and when we asked him to give me Wifi Password, he said we have to pay money for the wifi too. Anyway the funny thing is, when he gave us the room, the room was technically on the 1st floor. It is so curious that he told us to pay $10 more for the room on the 1st floor. So, I found the strange thing about the wifi, so I took the information on Hotels.com about the room informtaion, then he said...

“I ordered the “celebration” package for an extra 50$ And was expecting a bottle of champagne (based upon the picture) flowers, and local cupcakes. I got the cupcakes, (cool), no flowers, and two glasses-ish of sparkling prosecco in splits. When I spoke to the front desk, they acknowledged I should have had flowers, and stated “I’ll see what I can do”… I was very disappointed. It was me and my gf’s anniversary and that was pretty amateurish. I did get the flowers, (hours late) which was nice,...
