"Traveling as a solo woman can be tough. La Quinta may be the less expensive option (sometimes), this one in particular was very disappointing. My phone didn’t work in the room and no one could fix it. My door didn’t latch by itself because of the soft close door function. I asked for a refund and they gave me a hassle. Ugh, no thanks"

"The room was in disrepair and not the cleanest. The pool was small and the hot tub had been filled in. "

"We got to the hotel had our reservation i already paid for, wanted me to pay for it again, gave us the wrong room- one bed 3 people kept tell me the will fix it needed to talk to the gm and would call me back. Never fixed anything never called back. Hotel wasn't super clean as expected. Beds were horrible. Front staff lady made sure i knew constantly i booked with a third party and made me feel as if i should be looked down upon for that. We had friends staying there and i tried to book through them which showed nothing on their website so this was my only option. The pool area was extremely dirty and about 1000 degrees. My daughter came out beat red. Chlorine was overkill for sure. Will not be going back "

"The stay was fine. However I went back and forth about charges being made to my card. For a week! I definitely felt there was something not right about it. The manager repeatedly told me i was refunded. And hadnt been. Then took more money out. It was ridiculous! The rooms are.ok. Tempature control, refrigerator and microwave! Definitely could be cleaner, breakfast was good. The attendant was friendly and on top of things! As well as the rest of the staff were very kind and patient. Just not the manager!"
