โGood hotel!! Bu, during three days, I have never had my room cleaned up. So, I had had to take out the trash. Except this, I am satisfied with this hotel. โ
โWe could check in 7pm because of the shortage of staff(they said, and never said sorry). The suite was dirty, toilet didn't be flushed, and the crews were not kind. Besides, they knocked door before 10am for room cleaning. We should be hurry up for check out. So we just stayed the suite room for 15 hours very uncomfortably. Never recommend this hotel. โ
โMy 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. โVery clean and spacious home. Beautiful flooring and lighting. I just wish it was tvs throughout the home itโs just one big screen in the living room. Overall the home is beautiful it was nice and clean. โ
