"Hotel was clean and updated which was nice. Wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking and hotel breakfast cost of $20USD per person. Otherwise our stay was nice and rooms were lovely."

"The whole place was elegant & clean. Check-in went easy. Only complaint was we scheduled the shuttle to the airport for 5 am on the night we arrived; also double-checked it the night before departure. Shuttle didn't arrive, told my name was not on the list! Then, the driver forgot to close the back doors!....we were lucky our luggage was not all over the highway."

"This entire hotel had no air conditioning in June- stating that it was in "winter setting". Our room was 86 degrees, with a 2 inch window opening for air. Had I known, I would not have booked this hotel at all. In addition, the hotel was in very poor shape & not clean. To pay over $200 per night for a room to not even have feasible living conditions is criminal."

"Hotel was nice, free valet parking was a bonus. The restaurants were pretty expensive, but the food was good. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the elevators, and they were going 24 hours a day, they were loud and sometimes actually made my bed shake. If you stay here, you might want to request a room that isn't by those elevators."
