“I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like? Shout out to Yanis. Kind and generous. We shared Raki together. ”

“Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*,...

“청결하고 좋았습니다. 위치도 하니아 시내랑은 꽤 떨어져있지만 (차로 10~15분 거리), 조용하고 인근에 몇군데 식당도 괜찮았습니다. 수영장도 좋았습니다. 가족 단위 관광객들이 상당히 많았고 북적이는 수영장 분위기도 맘에 들었습니다. 숙소 업그레이드를 해 주셨는데 매우 만족 했습니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편입니다. 딱 한가지, 샤워를 하고 나면 욕조 밖으로 물이 나오던데 구조적인 문제가 있는 듯 했습니다. 이외에는 만족합니다. 아 그리고 와이파이 속도도 상당히 빨라씃ㅂ니다.”

Examples of what lets it down are small details like the posters in the lift are stuck on with peeling tape, the paving outside is uneven. There's no desk in the room and only one seat. Elle est spacieuse, bien aménagée et bénéficie d’une piscine privative gigantesque avec vue mer et coucher de soleil. Le personnel de l’hôtel est souriant et aux petits soins ce qui contribue à faire de ce séjour une expérience privilégiée. Petit bonus : le room service est sans supplément ce qui est rare. ”

“Fabulous small hotel in the heart of Chania Old Town. 5 minutes from the port, restaurants and shops. The owner was very welcoming and let us check in early. My friend and I stayed for one night. There were 2 double bedrooms very tastefully decorated. Tea and a coffee pod machine were very welcoming as was the water in the fridge. I don’t sleep very well, the bed was so comfortable I had a great nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking it on my next stay in...
