"This is a beautiful property and there so much to see. Beautiful art is displayed throughout the property. The restaurants are have an array of choices. All were very good only issue was that you will need to make reservations for three of the six restaurants that are included in the stay. We didn't have our plans for the week so when we finally decided we were only able to make one reservation as they were all full. The chefs are amazing super tasty food. We will be coming back"

"We stayed here for 12 days and we really appreciate how convenient everything was especially next to the park. We purchased the rooms with the park entrance and that was a great deal for our family. We like that we can go to the park anytime we want and we had two entrances that are dedicated to our hotel. The only I would add is an all-inclusive package with the park purchase because the buffet at Xcaret was mediocre and expensive. So we found ourselves having to walk back to the resort for our lunch which was kind of the pain in the ass."

"This was our third stay at this resort, and once again, we had a wonderful vacation. We traveled without children and booked a king swim-up room. We also brought another couple along, and everyone had a great time. The rooms have been completely renovated and look beautiful. Our only complaints were that the beds were quite firm and the pillows were a little too soft for our liking. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. From check-in to the restaurants and poolside service, everyone was attentive, friendly, and eager to help. One disappointment came during check-in, where individuals in the lobby were trying to sign guests up for timeshare presentations. Fortunately, we only provided our information to the representatives at the actual check-in counter and avoided the sales pitch. We felt bad for the guests who were drawn into the process, as it wasn't the most welcoming way to begin a vacation. One of our favorite features is the connected pool that winds throughout the resort. We loved being able to step out of our swim-up room and swim directly to the bar. The drinks were consistently delicious and generously poured. The food was a mixed experience. The specialty restaurants were excellent and definitely worth visiting. The buffet, however, was fairly average and didn't stand out. That said, we looked forward to the fresh omelets each morning—they were a highlight of breakfast."

"The stay was exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future. The staff was profesional, courteous, and attentive, which greatly enhanced our experience. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's thoughtful layout and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area provided a relaxing environment with excellent service throughout our stay. Beverage service was efficient, and refills were provided promptly. We also appreciated the variety of dinning options available, which allowed us to enjoy a different culinary experience each day. The food was consistently fresh, well-prepared, and of high quality. Overall, this all-inclusive hotel exceeded our expectations and is highly recommend!"
