"Although surprising that we were the only guests checked in, the entire property was still fully prepared to receive us - we were warmly greeted at the entrance, check-in was quick and easy, and we were given a chance to choose which room to take. Sadly, we were only checked in for 1 night but we enjoyed the entire visit. "Our stay was quite fair overall. It was not that good but it was fair enough for a safe stay. The toilet was overall fair. The bowl was unclean, including the lavatory and tiles that were also a bit unclean, but good thing that the bidet was working, and there was a shower heater. The beds were a bit nice. "This property is very convenient, especially if you are watching a concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. When I booked it, I just knew it was within very close walkable proximity of the coliseum....I didn't realize the coliseum was actually connected to the mall which was connected to/housed the hotel. It was so convenient! There were a lot of dining and shopping options in the mall and surrounding area too. The hotel room was modern and clean. They even had a water filler on each floor so you don't have to go buy bottled water! That is such a luxury, especially at places where you can't drink out of the tap. I highly recommend this property!"
