โThis hotel was a bit of a surprise, Iโd itโs a little quirky, in a good way. The room was clean, large and well decorated. The location is great to visit attractions and just walk to many restaurants, cafes and historic sites. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. โ
โFront desk staff were so welcoming & helpful, especially Marissa! Breakfast staff were friendly. Didnโt meet housekeeping but they did a lovely job with the room. Comfortable bed, in a quiet & nice-sized room. Very conveniently located, 3 minutes from the train station & RailAir bus stop (to LHR) โ as well as being right by the high street & some nice restaurants. Close to the Oracle mall for more shops and a selection of restaurants along the river.

Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.
