"The surface of the room was clean, however the hotel is in need of some deep cleaning/TLC. The carpet was stained and ripping up, there were scuff marks everywhere, the elevators smelled like cigarette smoke. Not sure how this hotel had a 8.6. The parking situation was not great, the lot was full and overflow parking was not close or disclosed on checkin. Checked in, got bags out, and had to circle the lot looking for parking, then go back into the hotel to find out where over flow parking was...

"This is a great hotel for the price. Book early, because they sell out fast."

"The biggest asset for this property is the staff. They are friendly and accommodating - I've been at big hotels where the staff was professional, but this place made me feel welcome. I was there during spring break so everything was booked and it was loud and noisy till one in the morning. Also, it's very close to a main street which made it very hard to sleep due to noise although the property has some great amenities there's a lot that needs to be repaired."
