โConstruction was happening but the front desk clerk, Geoffrey was incredibly helpful with instructions for driving, parking, etc.. Very clear and thorough.
Breakfast was ok. Variety good.
Hotel was extremely clean. โ
โBreakfast had lots of choices to accommodate different desires. Coffee was good and hot. Clean breakfast area and attentive staff refilling things promptly. โ
โThis hotel was very nice. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, free breakfast, happy hour. I did not like the parking and hotel is beside functioning train tracks. โ
โBest breakfast provided in area. Room cleaned every other day. Great location if using Mayo hospitals. Hotel shuttle top shelf. Drivers very helpful. Work out room spotless always. Best large lobby for use to eat order out or watch tv with refreshments. Parking inside if desired. Beautiful long trail system right out door for miles. I spent 28 days while having treatments. Hotel staff top shelf.โ
โGood breakfast and Ruth Chris steakhouse on property was great. Very comfortable quiet and clean room. Shane and David were fantastic and hospitable. Easiest access to Mayo Clinic. Loved that it was also a historical hotel. โ
โEveryone was great except one lady for breakfast. cleaning up early, saying people are eating out of house and home, slamming dishes so loud it hurt my ears. Completely rude and when people would come in to eat towards the end she commented to each one rudely to hurry up and she took food away. I get having a cut off but most people are heading to the hospital and need to get breakfast. She should not be working around people. Other than that everyone else was so kind and helpful. Very clean and...
โI wasn't aware that there was a free shuttle from Mayo. Kudos to Michael for picking me up after a long day at Mayo.
Great service that I didn't know about! โ
