"The staff were so nice. The room was really cool looking. Heat/air conditioning unit was very responsive and changed quickly when set differently. Unfortunately I was not able to check out the amenities. "

"The bathtub is amazing in room 24! The whole room is amazingly! Bed was super comfy, fireplace was cozy and was nice soaking in the tub and watching the fireplace. Bathroom was nice and clean, shower was good and hot. Kitchenette is nice and fridge kept our drinks cold. You get 2 free drinks at the bar downstairs which is a nice up north type of bar. Free breakfast in the morning was good, eggs, bacon and potatoes along with a few varieties of bread for toast. They had juice and water and a few other goodies. Staff was great, on our way out ran into a staff member and he took our room keys for us so we didn't have to stop in the lobby. We loved this hotel!! It was a little noisy and the train horn was loud but not bad. There were earplugs in the room but not really necessary. I personally didn't think it was any louder than any other hotel in the city. Will definitely be back!! Thank you hotel ruby marie for an amazing experience!!"

"Lots of dining and shopping options close by. The bed was ok, heat worked, staff was nice. Safety my be questionable, the front desk is enclosed in what looks like bullet proof glass, marijuana order in the halls, well used and worn hotel, shower was broken, safety latch on door broke. If you just want a cheep place to sleep and are not concerned about other things probably ok place to stay. I like cheap places but this one is below my standards. "

"Not soundproof-noisy; entrance smelled overwhelmingly like bad cleaning solution; room set up was strange - tv didn’t face beds or couch; many items outdated; mattresses and pillows were substandard. Staff was nice."

"The Saddlery in Madison was a great place to stay. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location. The price was just right also. Only complaint was the noise, you can hear everything going around you in the other units. Walls are thin or it travels through the air vents. I thought people were in my unit when I opened our door it was so bad. Besides that we love it. "
