"For a budget friendly option, this is the way to go. Slightly dated, but washrooms were recently renovated and very clean. Staff were very friendly. If you have a car, it’s centrally located."

"Fantastic location. Walkable to downtown and great cafes and restaurants. Parking onsite incl was great. Harbour view but yes is noisy listening to ferries and sea planes. Beautiful view. Standard dble bed room was clean, beds were ok. Seems old and creaky mattress. Room is a Little dated. Bathroom small. Lots of hot water and no issues otherwise. Nice to have a patio restaurant in the hotel."

"We had a suite with a separate bedroom. Everything was pristine the room and the view were magnificent and it’s got a little terrace. You can go out on. Our morning waitress, Emma couldn’t be nicer and we asked for her every day. She gave us great places to shop and was so kind. Our valet Sebastian was fantastic and polite and one of the sweetest people you’ve ever meet. The other valet, Herb, was really terrific in telling us great places to go to that were off the beaten path. One of my favorite services this hotel has is that if a bellhop is not busy, they will take their van and shuttle you to where you want to go in the city for free. We were driven to and picked up from China Chinatown. Everyone in this hotel was very accommodating and I look forward to going back there again in the not too distant future."

"The hotel is well located being in the middle of downtown. The street outside the lobby has a 10 minute parking restriction making it easy to be dropped off or picked up. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was compact but very well maintained with a comfortable queen bed and good bathroom, with fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The room (219) had a split unit air-condition, but we noticed that most other rooms had window mounted units. Although we only used the aircon once, it was very quiet and efficient. Our room had no view as it looked into a blank wall. This did make the room very quiet. Again, we noticed that rooms on the other side of the corridor overlooked the roof terrace of the next door pub."
