"Everything was great. But if you plan to use the shuttle from the airport call before you book to find out what hours the shuttle is in service. Our plane was delayed and when we called the number on the website after landing we initially reached the call center and were told there was no shuttle service even though the website says the hotel provides airport shuttle service, I was transferred to the hotel and at first was told the shuttle was not available then they said they would pick us up after they picked up and drove some airline crew members to the hotel first."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was great, especially the lady who took care of the breakfast area. She was on top of everything, and made sure to greet every guest with a warm smile. Give that hard working woman a raise!"
