“Never was able to check into the room. Called first thing that morning as asked for early check in. Was told be a additional $30 but room would ready no later than 1pm. Whe we arrived at 12:50pm the front desk lady REFUSED to check us in even though our room was ready. We were not wanting to go into room but just get our keys because we had a bday party we were attending and didn't want to be late. “Too often hotels rooms are not very clean - general quick vacuum and change of bed linens and towels. The rooms are "tidy" but there is a perception that the minimum was actually done. However, the Hilton Garden Inn did appear to be much cleaner than the usual hotel. Will go there again as the occasion requires.”

“The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door.”
